today

at work. and no ones here yet. having an awesome day so far. the magazine is close to closing and normally, this is a super stressed out period for us, but somehow this time, its going very smoothly. i have no more spider work for this month (for the july 2006 edition) which leaves me free to work for the other publications that i write for.

normally i would have been rushing from one job to another, but somehow, today i feel relaxed. and to put it simply: awesome.

work is work. i cant finish it. in the sense that one writing assignment will follow another. will probably organise my computer and files etc and than figure out what to do, how to approach it.

normally dont like having free-time. i love what i do. so much so, that at times i feel like i'm reaching a burn-out point but i'm enjoying this little bit of time to myself.

this is good.
i'll work on refining and updating my journal of rock blog.
i have ideas and i know i have to do things.
this is just the start.
